Trouble Shooting:

After making sure the username and password are being typed in lower case try this:

1.  Once online click on "tools" at the top of your screen.

2.  Click on "internet options".

3.  There is a series of tabs at the top.  Click on "privacy".

4.  Click "advanced".

5.  There is a box that says "override automatic cookie handling".  Make sure there is a check in the box.

6.  Click "ok" and try your username and password again.
